Ottawa Main Street

We need volunteers to water our flowers in the pots in the downtown area. Water is available since the city put in these special attachments!
Let Lenni know if you can help!!

Have you noticed the extra bikers downtown?

The Kansas Main Street program is back!!!  In 2020, we will have a new and exciting program developing throughout the state of Kansas. We are excited about the opportunity to do even more for our local economy with the help of statewide resources. And with your help, we can keep the state focused on rebuilding our community; county & city. Ottawa Main Street has helped reinvest a minimum $96,000 from our Revolving IWW Loan in our downtown community since our program began in 2001. We are very active in economic development of our downtown. We want to thrive as a community creating new jobs and businesses, providing resources for startup businesses and existing, long enduring businesses as well.
Our program networks and connects building owners and those desiring to purchase or lease a building. We are the resource for the community to economically grow and help make their registers ring through resources and events. We appreciate our many Main Street partnerships. Thank you for your commitment to keeping us here for you. Together, with business owners, we have invested over $ 288,000 in businesses within downtown Ottawa through many avenues; roofs, awnings, paint, windows, etc.  We value our Investors, Volunteers and Members comments and support. We can't help you without YOU! Please Support from our legislators, Speaker Pro Tempore @Blaine Finch and Senator @Mark Samsel and @Governor Laura Kelly is invaluable. Everyone's support of Ottawa Main Street and Kansas Main Street makes a difference, and your voice can help us accelerate the positive impacts being made in our area & throughout Kansas.
